Platinum Play UK aims give you the best-user-friendly process possible for withdrawing your winnings. Please remember that you need not withdraw winnings after each session at the casino. That's why you have a casino account, and this account can retain a positive balance that is saved on the system, readily available for use the next time you log in and play.

Selecting your Preferred Payment Method
Make sure you set up your preferred payment method before your withdrawals are paid out.
Platinum Play UK aims to do the utmost to pay out your withdrawals using your preferred method. We do reserve the right, however, to use the most practical means to do so. This is usually done by check.
Please note: Withdrawals can be paid out through these following methods:
- Portions of the withdrawal/s that are less than or equal to the original amount purchased are always refunded to the original purchase method used, e.g. NETeller.
- Any outstanding balance amounts to be paid out to you thereafter will be paid out to your preferred payment method.
- If any deposit option/s giving access to instant deposit satisfaction, such as InstaDebit, are used as a payment method, withdrawals will be subjected to a pending period of eight (8) days. This means we can only process your withdrawals eight (8) days after you have made a deposit using your payment method. Also, all withdrawals made after selecting a new instant payout option is subject to this eight-day pending period.
- Some country-specific regulations may make processing certain payment methods like VISA and MasterCard cards unworkable.
Please note: We strive to make certain all withdrawals are handled within the shortest periods of time, but because of certain factors outside our control – financial and/or banking institute limitations – these withdrawals may take longer to go through and reflect in your account. We apologize for any such inconvenience.

Withdrawal Procedures
Remember to choose your preferred payment method as was explained above.
To request a withdrawal:
- Open your casino software and log in using your account number and password
- Click the 'Bank' button
- Select the 'Withdrawal' tab
- Simply enter the desired amount to withdraw and complete the process
Note: Each withdrawal remains on hold for twenty-four (24) hours in order to allow you to reverse the withdrawal, in the event you wish to keep on playing with your casino credits.

Reversing a Withdrawal
Should you request a withdrawal and then decide against it – to keep on playing with your credits, for instance – you have a 24-hour pending period in which to do so.
Here's how you reverse a withdrawal:
- Log in to your casino account
- Click on the 'Bank' tab again
- Select the 'Reverse Withdrawal' tab on the left-hand side of the screen
- Your pending withdrawal amount will be displayed
- You may specify an amount to reverse, or simply reverse the entire amount
- The reversed amount will display automatically in your casino account
